Liaka glanced at the seat next to her. 'Oh great...' she thought as she saw it was empty. 'She's not here yet...she's gonna be late...' Liaka sighed and played around with a Neko-Pencil Jinga had gotten her for her birthday a couple years ago. She always got these weird comedic gifts from her. And today, Liaka had a sneaking suspicion her friend was cutting class, noticing the teacher wasn't there yet she thought about going with her friend. She would get in trouble if they're were caught, but then again there was nothing important going on that day, she could always act like she had been sick...and she could transform them both if someone found them. 'The things I do for my friend...' She whispered under her breath grabbing her bag and walking out the door. She looked around for a moment before seeing Jinga's older brother, Shado, who was famous for skipping, but getting amazing grades. She sighed once again. 'A family of skippers...how wonderful...'
"Hey Shado-San!" She called to the male, whose head snapped in the direction of the neko. A frown etched into his features.
"Why are you out of the class Liaka-San?" He asked.
"I could ask you the same thing." She reasoned.
"Touché." He sighed.
Liaka rolled her eyes. "Have you seen your sister?" She asked. Shado nodded.
"this morning." He said.
"I mean...you know what? Nevermind." She said walking down the hall again. Looking for Jinga. Being caught off guard, when she heard a crash she jumped about five feet into the air. It was a couple rocks falling outside, she peeked out of the window, seeing someone on the roof.

Liaka sighed as she reached the roof of the school. She heard quiet snoring about reaching the top, she saw her friend laying on her back, her skin a slight tint of red from sunburn. She poked Jinga on her cheek, the skin turned back to it's normal pale color and then turned back to red. Jinga made a small noise before returning to her normal breathing pattern. Liaka sighed. This was going to be a long day.

"Has anyone seen Jinga or Liaka?" The teacher asked her class, seeing the two seats in the front were empty. Azuma shook her head and Tenshi shrugged.
The teacher sighed. 'oh well'
